Cancellation policy

This Subscription Policy applies to any Ironsate product sold on a recurring subscription basis.

1. Automatic Renewal

When you purchase a subscription, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing order program. Your selected item will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged every 30 days unless you cancel before your next billing date.

2. Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for:

• the subscription product price in effect at the time of renewal,
• applicable taxes,
• and any applicable shipping charges disclosed at checkout or in your subscription portal.

3. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

You can do this through the subscription management link in your order confirmation email or customer account, if available.

Cancellation applies to future renewals only. If your subscription renewal order has already been processed, that order cannot be canceled and will instead be governed by our then-current Return & Refund Policy.

4. Skipping or Changing a Subscription

If your subscription portal allows it, you may be able to:

• skip a shipment,
• update your shipping address,
• update payment details,
• or cancel future renewals.

Any changes must be made before the next billing date in order to affect the next renewal order.

5. First-Order Satisfaction Guarantee and Subscriptions

Our limited first-order satisfaction guarantee may apply to a customer’s initial first order if that order otherwise qualifies under the Return & Refund Policy.

It does not apply to subscription renewal orders.

6. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment method on file or contact you for updated billing information. We reserve the right to pause, skip, or cancel subscription fulfillment if payment cannot be successfully processed.

7. Subscription Changes

We reserve the right to change, pause, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time. If we make a material change to your subscription terms, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

Pre-Orders / Reserve Orders

When you purchase a pre-order / reserve item, you are ordering a product that is not yet ready to ship. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, pre-order / reserve items are charged in full at checkout. Any shipping timeframe shown is an estimate only. You may request cancellation before fulfillment by contacting connect@ironsate.com. Once the order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
