Subscription Policy

Monthly Subscription

If you choose a subscription, you’ll receive Ironsate every month and your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal.

Cancel Anytime (Two Ways)

You can cancel anytime before your next renewal is processed:

Option 1 — Cancel in your account
Log in to your account and manage your subscription in the customer portal.

Option 2 — Cancel by email
Email connect@ironsate.com with your order email and a request to cancel.

Payment Issues

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you.

Price Changes

If the subscription price changes, we will notify you before the new price applies.
